Visit Penzance

Right at the heart of Mount’s Bay is the largest town in West Cornwall, Penzance. Penzance gives visitors a little insight into life as a smuggler or pirate with plenty of caves and coves perfect for exploring, and an array of endless elegant beaches such as Marazion Beach and Eastern Green Beach. It’s no wonder the town was the inspiration behind Gilbert and Sullivan’s comedy opera, Pirates of Penzance!
