The location of this cottage makes it a wonderful place for a truly relaxing holiday. Its rural location is quiet and peaceful, and it is also within easy access of a choice of beaches on the stunning Lizard Peninsula. The village of Coverack, just a mile from the property, is home to The Paris Inn, the village’s well-regarded pub, as well as the Harbour Lights Café, a beachfront tearoom perfect for a post-swim snack. The village also has its own windsurfing school.
As you enter this traditional style property, you will find yourself in the heart of the house, with a lounge area and kitchen/diner. The lounge area has comfortable sofas making it a relaxing place to watch the Smart TV and DVDs. The kitchen/diner has a large dining table, which can seat six and is equipped with everything you will need including an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. A separate utility area houses the washer/dryer. There is also a bathroom downstairs with a WC. Upstairs, guests will find the property’s two bedrooms: one double and a twin which can be made up as double on request. The shower room with WC is also on the first floor.
Outside, there is a patio with garden furniture for enjoying alfresco meals and a lawn area. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the rest of the farm, and perhaps even visit the cows.
