An enchanting stay

A holiday in Porthleven provides a truly enchanting stay that is perfect for the whole family. The South West Coastal Path allows view upon view from secluded rock coves to rolling pastures. There are several pubs in the village, including the delightful Harbour Inn, right on the historic harbour where you can sit by the window and watch the goings-on. Food and fish is a biggie and the community celebrates every year with a food festival.

Porthleven beach is three miles of glorious sand and the gnarly reef break is at the harbour end. Not one for beginners, but nevertheless still a crowd puller. Flambards is a short drive away for a good day out as is the Cornish Seal Sanctuary. Within the village itself there are plenty of things to do with shops to peruse and restaurants to repose in.
