Spectacular sea views and perfectly positioned for anyone looking to be close to the beautiful sandy beach at Portreath, famous for surfing and bodyboarding. Just a few steps away from your doorstep to sand, it’s ideal for families, surfers, walkers or anyone who wants to take advantage of the stunning Cornish coastline. Portreath has an array of shops, pubs, and restaurants and the beach is dog friendly (seasonal restrictions apply). There are numerous walks in the area, ideal for those after a more active break. Explore the trails along cliff tops and through villages and the famous South West Coast Path moments from the property. Visit St Ives (16 miles), 3 miles of golden sands at Hayle (10 miles) and the cathedral city of Truro (15 miles).

Lovingly decorated for a homely vibe by the sea, the accommodation is arranged over three floors, making the most of the spectacular sea views from most rooms. On the ground floor of the property, there are two bedrooms: one double and a single. The single room also benefits from an en-suite shower with WC. The garage has convenient storage for wetsuits, bodyboards, surfboards or bikes for those that want to enjoy the coastal lanes and trails. Up to the first floor, you will find all the living space. The spacious lounge has beautiful views out to sea, with comfortable sofas to sink into. Alternatively, watch something on the Smart TV. There is a dining room with seating for all to enjoy a tasty meal with the Bluetooth speaker playing in the background, equally wonderful views, and sliding doors out to the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with a double electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave. Also on this floor, there is a bathroom, with a shower over the bath and WC. On the second floor, there are two other bedrooms, both with super king-size zip-and-link beds (which can be made into twins on request). There is also a shower room with WC on this floor.

To the front of the property, there is a small area with seating to make the most of the view. The balcony out from the dining room offers first-floor viewing.

We had a wondeful week in Penpraze. The house had everything we needed (7 people aged 16 - 50 ish + dog). It was clean and welcoming on arrival. The views were stunning from many of the rooms. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed. Dining table seated 7 comfortably. The house was stunning and in such an incredible location. Waking up every morning with that view was amazing and listening to the sound of the waves crashing onto the beach. The house was very clean, very cosy , well equipped and such a good layout. All the bedrooms were immaculate and so comfortable.
