On the ground floor of the property, there are two bedrooms: one double and a single. The single room also benefits from an en-suite shower with WC. The garage has convenient storage for wetsuits, bodyboards, surfboards or bikes for those that want to enjoy the coastal lanes and trails. Up to the first floor, you will find all the living space. The spacious lounge has beautiful views out to sea, with comfortable sofas to sink into. Alternatively, watch something on the Smart TV. There is a dining room with seating for all to enjoy a tasty meal with the Bluetooth speaker playing in the background, equally wonderful views, and sliding doors out to the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with a double electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave. Also on this floor, there is a bathroom, with a shower over the bath and WC. On the second floor, there are two other bedrooms, both with super king-size zip-and-link beds (which can be made into twins on request). There is also a shower room with WC on this floor.
