Nestled on the Devon/Cornwall border in the traditional hamlet of Woodford, this characterful cottage sits within walking distance of the South West Coast Path. Footpaths from the property can also be taken to the popular 13th-century pub, nearby tearoom and the unique cliff-top “Hawker’s Hut”, 1.5 miles away. Within a short drive are the unspoilt National Trust beaches of Duckpool (3 miles) and Sandymouth (5 miles), whilst the closest town of Bude (7 miles) is definitely worth a day trip. Kilkhampton is also a short 3 miles away, and has a choice of village shops, pubs and takeaways.

 Upon entering this homely cottage, you will soon notice the spacious living it has on offer. Make your way into the lounge where you will find two comfortable sofas, an additional chair, a TV, a choice of books to read from the bookshelf, and of course, the warming wood burner allowing you the opportunity to cosy up and relax. From here, carry on into the kitchen/diner through either of the two doors from the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher, whilst the dining table seats all guests at ease. Continue through to the wonderful games room – complete with ping pong and table football, this is more than enough to fill any competitive appetite. There are also additional appliances here with the washing machine and tumble dryer, along with a separate WC. You will find the stairway to the first floor from the lounge, and this will take you up to the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and finally, the third bedroom is a twin room with 2ft 6in twin beds suitable for children. Completing this home is the family bathroom which offers a shower over the bath and WC.

Head outside to the enclosed outdoor spaces to the front and rear of the property, allowing you the choice of sitting out on the front bench with a warm brew in the morning, or relaxing on the rear patio where there is seating for all guests.
