Beautiful conversion in a very peaceful rural location from where we explored many beautiful places. Property was clean, very well equipped, fantastic views from enclosed garden. Would highly recommend for a family or group. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous holiday with my son and family. My teenage grandsons really enjoyed themselves especially the beach at Praa Sand. Good location for visiting Penzance, St Michael's Mount through to Mousehole. Good day out in St Ives. Train ride in strongly recommended as solves parking problems. National Maritime Museum worth visiting in Falmouth. PropertyRead more was first class with welcome cream tea on arrival - jam on first. Hide

A beautiful holiday cottage with a great view. The interior was excellent and the kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable and lounge seats were inviting to the weary holiday maker. The position of the property very handy for some great beaches including Praa beach, as well as some great towns and villages. Overall an excellent Cornish holiday Read morebase. Hide

Just what we wanted for a group of six , bedroom options , shower and bath options. Living and dinning connected with easy access to a perfect patio and garden space for us and the dogs with a south facing view of the valley at sunset. A very peaceful hamlet with very limited traffic movement. The quality of the equipment supplied is high.

Levant is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Although it is one of four properties, each has three parking spaces and still felt private. Everything was of a very high standard, the location is peaceful and very rural, but within easy reach of Helston, Marazion and Penzance. We would definitely return.

Pro: Lovely, spacious cottage. Well equipped. Decent wifi. Quiet, peaceful location. There had been issue with heating system before we arrived. Owner made immediate alternative provision. Nice welcome of cream tea and dog treats. Decent amount of storage. Good parking. Con: Wasn't a big fan of using the unavoidable long and very narrow single tracRead morek road every day. Found opening and closing of velux windows/blinds very fiddly. Zero mobile signal (fairly common in a lot of Cornish rentals). Hide
