This charming light and spacious barn conversion is located in the picturesque village of Jacobstow. Sleeping up to six people in contemporary accommodation with traditional features, you’ll enjoy a tranquil space yet have easy access to a range of popular attractions. You are just a few miles from the sandy shores of Crackington Haven and the seaside town of Bude with opportunities for shopping and entertainment.

This tastefully renovated barn conversion offers comfortable accommodation with traditional features and contemporary interiors. The bright and spacious lounge area includes leather sofas, ambient wood burner and TV/DVD for entertainment. The wonderfully light kitchen/diner space offers the perfect place to enjoy home cooked meals and entertain around a large table. The equipped kitchen features range cooker, fridge/freezer, Hi-Fi, iPod docking station and TV. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a utility room with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, sink and stable door out onto the patio. Upstairs offers three bedrooms including one king-size master, with en-suite, one double and one twin room with garden views. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. These traditional style rooms have sloping ceilings and low beams.

The property offers a tranquil outside side patio that is accessed by French doors from the lounge area or folding doors in the kitchen/diner offer you the chance to enjoy a larger patio with picnic table and BBQ. There is also a two-tier lawn area that can be accessed via the side patio. The cottage is a short drive to the nearby pub at Wainhouse Corner.

The cottage was excellent and it had everything we were looking for. It was super secure for our dogs so they could go outside without us worrying.

Well positioned for exploring Cornwall. Love the farmhouse. Walked to the pub at lunchtime would walk in an evening in the summer. The farmhouse was well equipped. Spacious rooms. We never used the sitting room. The kitchen area was too nice to leave. Highly recommend this property.
