This rural property is in a perfect position for exploring both Devon and Cornwall, giving visitors a wide range of places to visit. Less than 4 miles from the property is the town of Launceston, with its Norman castle of which visitors are able to climb the battlements for views over the town. Launceston is also home to the town’s steam railway where Victorian steam engines take visitors on trips around the Cornish countryside. Further afield, there is plenty more to discover, whether you want to spend time on the coast, visiting some spectacular beaches or if you fancy walking Dartmoor, home to the famous wild ponies.
This stylish and welcoming home is the perfect place for some much-needed rest and recuperation. The lounge is cosy and relaxing, with its comfortable sofas arranged around the wood burner, making this a great place to curl up in front of the Smart TV. There is a separate dining room with patio doors which open out onto the garden. An archway leads from the dining room to the kitchen where guests can make use of the electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed separately in the utility room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and the luxury of its own dressing room, as well as an en-suite shower with WC, whilst the other two bedrooms are both twins which can each be made up as a king size on request, thanks to the zip-and-link beds. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC, whilst there is an additional WC in the cloakroom situated on the ground floor.
Outside there is an enclosed garden wrapping around three sides of the house, with both lawn and patio areas with seating and BBQ.
