Nestled in the serene North Cornwall countryside, just a short distance from Bude and Tamar Lakes, this romantic retreat sits opposite the owner's home, amongst beautiful greenery and well-kept gardens. Guests staying here can enjoy the best of both worlds, the coastal delights and the tranquil countryside with a plethora of trails to explore. It offers a perfect retreat where you can fully unwind, away from the hectic pace of everyday life. Nearby attractions worth exploring include the charming village of Clovelly (14 miles), known for its steep cobbled streets, and the coastal town of Bude (3 miles), offering sandy beaches and a delightful assortment of local shops and fine eateries. Further afield is the mythical Tintagel, famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, whilst you can also add further Cornish hotspots to the day trip, including the historic fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac, both within 20 miles.

Upon entering the cottage guests have an initial porch space which is perfect to flick off those sandy shoes after a day of fun at the beach, along with space for walking boots and coats on those countryside treks. Stepping on through into the cottage, you will immediately find yourself in the two-tiered open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The living area hosts a comfortable sofa and additional armchair from which to enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV, whilst there is also additional dining seating closer to the kitchen space. The kitchen itself provides everything needed for a stress free, convenient stay. From the kitchen you can head on through into the bedroom of the cottage, where there is a king-size bed, ample clothing storage and accompanying en-suite wet room, with shower and WC.

Making your way out of the living space and up a few steady steps will bring you to the rear enclosed suntrap garden, where you can enjoy some al fresco dining on the choice of comfortable outdoor seating.

A delightful cottage, warm and cosy with everything you need. A good warm entrance hall for drying wet waterproofs and boots. Pretty garden area to use in better weather.
