Truro is only a 10 minute drive where you can enjoy an abundance of shops and restaurants. Fowey, another well known harbour town is great for a day out. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also very close by, as is the beautiful Georgian town of Charlestown, with its tall ships moored in the harbour, shipwreck museum, and sandy beach. Or why not take a day trip and explore what the North Cornish Coast has to offer.
