Nestling on the outskirts of Newquay, you will find some of the country's finest beaches within an easy stride of your front door. The town centre is also just a short walk away and offers a vast selection of shops, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. Visit some of Newquay's all year-round popular destinations from Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairyland and many more. A short drive will take you to Watergate Bay, popular with surfers and kite surfers.  Other attractions and places of interest close by include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Boscastle and Padstow.

Stepping into the property a spacious entrance halls leads to a lovely light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Here cosy leather sofas sit in front of the TV/DVD, the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day exploring, French doors provide access to a delightful enclosed balcony with seating and countryside views. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. On the sea side of the property, two fabulous bedrooms are provided, one double with en-suite shower and WC, and a twin. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

The outside space comprises of a lovely small balcony with seating and views across to the fields beyond, a perfect place to enjoy a relaxed drink in the sun. The property has private off-road parking for one car and additional roadside parking can be found nearby.

The large apartment is well situated, equipped and cleaned. It is easy to reach without negotiating the main traffic of Newquay town centre and convenient for Fistral beach. We found parking for 1 car easy and enjoyed a very good week. Be prepared for the stairs and perhaps look elsewhere if you have mobility issues.

Amazing apartment in a beautiful area. Lovely clean, white bedding and comfortable mattress. We loved having two bathrooms with showers in each plus a bath in one. As have been mentioned by others, there are quite a number of stairs to reach the apartment (5 sets), they were fine for us but its quite a lot when you have luggage etc to take up. We wRead moreere concerned about the stairs being a bit too much on our 11yr old dogs joints so sadly decided against bringing her. Hide

A nice functional apartment with sea views over rooftops (in the bedrooms only). Great location for Fistral beach and walkable into Newquay town centre. Think mention should be made that there is no lift to access this third floor apartment - access is by several small flights of stairs - not a major problem to us, but would be a problem to those wRead moreith mobility issues. Im surprised that there is no mention of this on the website. Hide

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely apartment & really close to Fistral beach. Easy walking distance into Newquay too. Highly recommend it.

Before booking we enquired on how many steps, there was five (5) sets stairs one of 1 of (17) & 4 of (9), we were told there was only 4 sets of stairs.
