Perfectly situated in the hamlet of Maer on the outskirts of ever popular Bude, you will be within walking distance of a selection of amenities including a golf course, leisure centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches. The South West Coast Path also offers spectacular walking in both directions, and the nearby wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve has some lovely wildlife and scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Stepping into the pretty property you will immediately discover a lovely contemporary shower room with WC, located to the left of the door, and this provides a place to clean up after a day at the beach. The next room is a fabulously light and airy kitchen/diner which looks out onto the garden. The kitchen area is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The next room is the cosy lounge and here comfy sofas sit in front of a Smart TV, and then patio doors lead directly to the outside space. The pretty bedrooms are also located on the same floor and these comprise a double and a compact twin bedroom with TV/DVD (TV suitable for watching DVDs only).

Outside of the property there is a lovely private patio area with garden furniture, and further to this access to a large shared lawn and communal tables and tennis court. Private off-road parking for one car is provided.

Lovely place in an ideal location - a short walk to Bude but that's not an issue for us. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

As dog friendly it would have been nice to have a fence round the patio so the dog could go out on his own not on a leash all the time

Ideally situated not far from the beach and the town. Would need a car for those less able bodied. The apartment is in a quiet area with wonderful views and well kept gardens and tennis court. It is very clean and comfortable and has a lovely patio with picnic table and chairs. This booking was made just 24hours before we went, and we were over the moon with every part of the holiday. The apartment was so well equipped with loads of extras, and the quiet surrounding was just what we wanted . We even bought bird food to feed the many types of birds that came to the patio.
