This barn conversion enjoys a tranquil rural location in a hillside location. The fishing village of Polperro is just a mile away and can be reached by a country walk over the owner’s land and down a lane. Here, visitors will find a tidal sea pool, quirky independent shops, a choice of eateries and a small beach. A bigger beach can be found in the nearby harbour town of Looe, a gently sloping stretch of sand with good bathing conditions. From Looe, visitors may like to take a boat out to the nearby Looe Island, a marine nature reserve with a resident seal colony.
