Situated in an elevated position above the village a short downhill walk will take you into Boscastle. Explore the picturesque harbour or stop for a bite to eat in one of the cafes before venturing along the coast path to one of the many sandy beaches and sheltered coves that are dotted along this stretch of coastline. The popular fishing towns of Port Isaac and Padstow are within easy reach, both boasting independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries, while a little further afield, cultural sites such as King Arthur’s Castle, Llanhydrock House and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are waiting to be explored.

On entering the cottage through the front porch is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, Smart TV/DVD and a wood burner effect electric fire, ideal for cooler evenings. Leading on to the stylish kitchen/diner which has everything you need to cater for every meal time with an electric oven and hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area seats four comfortably and a door leads out to the garden. Heading back through the lounge and up the stairs to the first floor and the remainder of the accommodation, two bedrooms, a king and a twin. Completing the cottage is the bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC.
Stepping outside you will find a patio garden with garden furniture and washing line. A pedestrian gateway leads out from the garden and is great for guests with dogs, bikes and buggies. There is allocated parking for two cars in the shared car parking area to the side of the property.
