Heading outside from the kitchen is a small private, secluded courtyard here you can relax with your morning coffee and plan the day ahead and in the evenings enjoy a spot of al fresco dining with a BBQ. There is also a useful utility cupboard located in the courtyard which houses the washing machine. A parking permit is provided for one car and can be used in the small community centre car park diagonally opposite the cottage. A well equipped and comfortable cottage located halfway up the hill from Boscastle harbour. Ideal location for relaxing in peace and quiet after days out exploring the wonderful coastal paths and local walks through the pretty wooded Valency valley. The cottage also has a secluded courtyard garden perfect for eating outside when the weather allows.
