Luxurious first floor apartment with sea views offers the perfect location for family and friends to enjoy the South Cornish Coast.

Located in the village of Cawsand nestled on Cornwall’s South Coast next to the twinned village of Kingsand, both boasting stunning beaches and a selection of pubs and restaurants. A trip across on the Cremyll Ferry is a must to discover the foodie’s paradise that is the Royal William Yard or explore the Barbican area of Plymouth by catching the ferry from Cawsand beach. Nearby is the historic Mount Edgcumbe with its 865-acre estate, cafe and gardens. Attractions in the area include the National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project, Adrenalin Quarry, The Monkey Sanctuary, the Ski centre and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro.

Upon entering this first-floor apartment you will be met by the properties three bedrooms. A twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with Smart TV, a king-size with Smart TV and a master super-king-size with sea views, Smart TV and en-suite shower room. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading further into the apartment you will be greeted into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with bi-folding doors out on to the balcony which boasts the most spectacular views over Cawsand Beach. The lounge area has a large corner sofa to sink into after a busy day exploring, here you can catch up on your favourite TV programmes or catch a movie on the Smart TV, plan your day's activities or enjoy a family meal at the dining table, big enough to seat everyone comfortably. You can cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and instant boiling water tap. Situated in the hallway between the bedrooms and lounge area is a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer.

Heading out on to the balcony you will find garden furniture to relax on a warm summers evening, the beach is situated directly on your doorstep making this the perfect coastal retreat. There is also secure underground parking available.

This apartment is simply wonderful. The location and views are world class. Cawsand itself is a lovely village. The locals made us feel like family and we had the best week there. Can't wait to return. Have already booked for next year. Shhhh though! Let's keep this amazing gem a secret!!

The apartment was lovely. Location was perfect. Views were fantastic. The use of the underground car park worked really well. The walk up to the apartment was a little smelly because of the bin store. Once in the apartment the smell disappeared. I would highly recommend this apartment especially if you like to sound of the waves.

Utterly fantastic apartment - photos don't do it justice. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Under cover parking is a huge bonus. Views from the balcony are spectacular and Cawsand/Kingsand are picture-perfect villages. The Bay restaurant next door serves fabulous food too.

Fantastic location with gorgeous views. Well appointed apartment. Excellent accessibility with a lift from the car park to the apartment floor which worked really well for my elderly mother and auntie. The accommodation is much larger than it appears in the photos online. We had a lovely stay here.

Ultra modern accommodation, parking a real bonus. Cawsand hasn't changed very much over the years. Uncomercialised lovely situation for young families and lots of dogs although this property does not allow animals. Wonderful to sit and watch the sailing boats, unfortunately the sun was only on the balcony in the mornings whilst we were there. The bRead moreay restraunt situated on the doorstep produced reasonable food with fresh local fish. Very friendly staff supported by Ryan. Happy stay. Hide

A truly wonderful location overlooking the beach. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. It is a good base from which to explore the area. The secure onsite parking is a definite bonus.

Lovely clean and modern property located on the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay the only downside was we had very noisy neighbours over the bank holiday weekend who partied until 5:00am with loud music all night. Was great once they left!

Stunning view, which we never got tired of. So much to listen to and watch; the daily rhythm of the wonderful Cawsand ferry; the lapping waves and people enjoying the sand and sea. We made great use of the SUP and kayak hire too. We found the lovely village Spa shop in Kingsand and between that, the ferry, The Bay, the Devonport and the ice cream vRead morean, meant we didn't get in the car the whole week. Don't be put off by the communal areas of the building, the apartment is clean, fresh and airy. Hide

Lovely, well equipped flat with stunning views across Cawsand Bay. The balcony is ideal to enjoy a coffee from and enjoy the panoramic views. You are literally on the beach! The flat is first class, very clean, good Wi-Fi, and parking downstairs is great. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful apartment. I took my elderly Mum for a week here, the apartment was accessible for her needs with lift, stunning sea views and proximity to benches by sea, pub etc. I love Cawsand and Kingsand and enjoyed sea swimming and coastal walks both directions.
