The ancient former Cornish capital of Launceston is a ten-minute drive away and offers a range of shops and pubs as well as a castle to explore. In the evenings, visit one of the many local inns serving good food. Within a couple of miles are various sites for coarse and river fishing.

Heading upstairs you will find two comfy bedrooms: one double and a double which has a balcony with delightful countryside views, and steps leading down to the enclosed garden.

There is also a large garden area shared with the other properties, and a play area for kids where they can have fun on the trampoline.
