You will be perfectly placed here on holiday, beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with the seaside Cornish town of Bude, offering a choice of sandy beaches alongside a variety of amenities including shops, restaurants and surf hire, you can even hire a boat on the canal. The town also offers an outdoor open air sea pool which is open to the public. Widemouth Bay is also just around the corner from Bude. There are an array of picturesque fishing villages and coves waiting to be explored on the North Devon Coast, including Clovelly and Hartland Quay, Also the property is a few miles from the picturesque Tamar Lakes and a short drive to the Atlantic Highway, where you will find The Milky Way Adventure Park and North Devon Wake and Aqua Park, a great day out for families. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Bodmin Moor, mythical Tintagel with the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, The Eden Project, Boscastle, Port Isaac and finally Rock and Padstow, both popular foodie destinations.

Venture up the stairs and onto the first floor where a gorgeous light landing leads through to the bedrooms. An excellent property to spend a week's break. Even though the weather was poor for most of the week we all had a most enjoyable stay.

A well organised spacious house with plenty of space for 10 people to get lost in! Essential for the odd rainy day. Mainly sunny during our stay which meant plenty of walks along beaches/coastal paths.

Helen welcomed us with flowers and a cream tea for all, so kind. Our family had a wonderful holiday, there was space for everyone (11), comfy beds and seating. We loved the large kitchen and enjoyed a family meal every night. The house was super clean and well equipped inside and out, the games room and barn were well used. Lovely large spacious house and grounds. Very clean and well equipped. I particularly loved the large kitchen area., with plenty of space for all of us (11) around the long table. My grandchildren loved playing together outside. The weather wasnt great but we managed a few games of tennis. Very quiet and peaceful but easy drive to Bude. The house was amazing, we had everything we needed. Exceptionally clean. The beds were almost too comfortable, the garden and surrounding grounds were beautiful. There was fresh flowers, scones, jam ,cream, fairy cakes left for us in fact everything was there that we needed. Fantastic house. Thankyou very much. Julia

Terrific well equipped comfortable house in stunning grounds. The games room was welcome on wet days and a family gathering was enjoyed by all. The only down side was the pot holed access track which could cause a problem for a low slung sports car.

A beautiful modern home with lots of space inside and out. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need. Loved the quiet rural setting only a few miles and not many minutes from the beaches of Bude. It was an excellent location for three generations of our family holiday.

Fantastic spacious house with space for all generations to do their own thing and then come together in the evening. The house is very peaceful and quiet with literally acres of space outside but supermarkets are just 10 minutes away in Holsworthy and Bude.
