This is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions that both Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The neighbouring village of Calstock has train connections through the Tamar Valley to Plymouth where you can enjoy a day exploring the National Maritime Aquarium, the waterside bars and restaurants as well as the other historical attractions of this famous nautical city. Also, close at hand is the Living Museum of Victorian Life at Morwellham Quay, complete with carriage ride and train trip into the mine which provides a fun day for all the family.
On entering this attractive bungalow, you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge is bright and open offering a great place to relax, complete with TV/DVD. The dining area has a table seating 6. The stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook a meal and comprises of an electric oven, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Leading from the lounge/kitchen/diner area there are three bedrooms, a double with WC and two twin rooms. There is a bathroom complete with bath, separate shower and WC.
Stepping outside you can relax on the patio area and enjoy the lawns shared with the other properties in the complex. There is also an outdoor children's play area just outside the lodge. Exploring further, you can enjoy the many exciting leisure facilities onsite, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centre, other outdoor children's play areas and games room.
