Very comfortable and very well equipped. A good location, although quite remote, for touring. Easy access to Newquay and the north coast beaches, as well as Truro and the south. A bakery, fish & chips, pub, etc, within a couple of miles. Also a retail park with M&S, Next, etc about 3 miles away.
