A seaside escape tucked away in the picturesque Widemouth Bay, this home boasts 2 miles of golden sands right on its doorstep. The perfect getaway for small families.

With its sweeping stretch of golden sand, Widemouth Bay is widely regarded as one of North Cornwall’s top coastal destinations. Being less than 0.5 miles from the beach itself, this property allows you to indulge in the delights of the seaside with great convenience. Further afield are an array of other fun-filled ventures to be had, including visits to the ever-popular Boscastle and Bude, both under 12 miles away. Or even take the short trip into North Devon and visit the Milky Way Adventure Park which is just under 20 miles away.

Coming through the front entrance to this annexe, you will come through the initial corridor and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts comfortable seating for four guests and has the added benefit of a Smart TV (no channels, only Wi-Fi apps) so you can relax and watch your favourite movies after long days at the beach. There are also French doors here which lead straight out to the shared back garden. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine to treat yourself to a nice hot brew as you desire. From the kitchen, you will find the utility cupboard with all the essentials you need. Making your way back through the corridor, you will firstly come to the master bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space. This room also has direct access into the living area. You will then continue onto the twin bedroom which is situated just inside the front entrance. Lastly inside the annexe is the family shower room, complete with a rainfall shower and WC.

Heading outside, to the rear of the property is the shared back garden with a private patio area, outdoor seating and a BBQ to cook up a storm in those summer months. To the front of the annexe is private parking with space for two cars.

Comfortable accommodation for two adults in good location a 5 minute walk from seafront.

Overall our stay was very memorable. Property is very well located in the area we wanted and is well presented by a friendly owners. Local shops are in just few mins drive and you can walk to beach within 5 mins. I would certainly recommend anyone who is visiting.

A perfect property for surfers, the outdoor shower is a brilliant idea as it means you can clean off all the sand etc so you don't spend the week constantly sweeping up sand in the apartment.

We had a lovely holiday at Phoenix Bay - it's a well decorated, well-equipped, modern, clean space with easy access to the beach. In the past, we've stayed at places that haven't lived up to the 'a short walk to the beach' description but Phoenix Bay definitely did. Even with two kids, we were easily able to carry a days worth of 'stuff' down to thRead moree beach. The hosts live next door and were very welcoming, leaving a bottle of fizz and pack of cookies, whilst also leaving us to it. Thank you! Hide
