Easy access onto the A39 will take you to North Devon and North Cornwall. The popular seaside town of Bude is just 5 miles away and boasts a wide range of independent shops, restaurants, bars, and a choice of three fabulous sandy beaches. Alternatively, head further along the coast on either the Cornish or Devon side and explore the rugged coastline and numerous picturesque fishing villages such as Hartland Quay and Clovelly, both within 12 miles, or Boscastle, Tintagel and Crackington Haven, all within 20 miles. Head to nearby Tamar Lakes for a day of adventure with water sports, superb fishing, and great walks. On rainy days why not try Penstowe Leisure heated indoor swimming pool which is a short walk from the property.
Step inside and you are welcomed into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This a great social space for all the family and equipped with everything you'll need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge with ice compartment, so enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table with seating for all whilst planning your day ahead. Relax on the comfortable sofa or chairs in front of the electric fireplace and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV after exploring the local area. Heading upstairs, you'll find the light and tastefully furnished bedrooms. The first is king-size whilst the second bedroom features twin beds with plenty of hanging space.
