Easy access onto the A39 will take you to North Devon and North Cornwall. The popular seaside town of Bude is just 5 miles away and boasts a wide range of independent shops, restaurants, bars, and a choice of three fabulous sandy beaches. Alternatively, head further along the coast on either the Cornish or Devon side and explore the rugged coastline and numerous picturesque fishing villages such as Hartland Quay and Clovelly, both within 12 miles, or Boscastle, Tintagel and Crackington Haven, all within 20 miles. Head to nearby Tamar Lakes for a day of adventure with water sports, superb fishing, and great walks.
Step inside and you are welcomed into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
