Located in the coastal town of Bude, this beautifully furnished property provides close proximity to a variety of shops, restaurants, and beaches. The perfect seaside retreat for families and friends.

Set along the rugged Cornish coastline, Bude indulges guests with its beauty which is also well renowned as a surfer's paradise. The town offers a choice of three golden sandy beaches upon which to delve into the turquoise waters beyond. Not only that, but this property is situated a stone’s throw from the town's acclaimed golf course, along with its restaurants and cafés too and is conveniently located close to the Cornwall/Devon border. This getaway also provides guests easy access to a brilliant choice of the South West attractions such as The Milky Way adventure park (16 miles), the South West coast path, and historic fishing villages to explore such as Boscastle and Clovelly, both under 17 miles away.

Upon entering this home, you will initially come through to the open hallway, a great spot to drop off those sandy shoes at the door after a day at the beach. Sweeping on through will bring you into the incredibly spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with additional snug room to relax. The lounge space treats guests to a Smart TV and luxurious seating for all, along with a comforting log burner for those chillier nights. Moving on through this space will bring you to the kitchen which has everything you need including an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, American-style fridge/freezer, and microwave. This area offers a delightful mixture of seating with four stools at the breakfast bar, along with the dining table which has enough seating for all guests. Just off the kitchen, you have the utility area which contains a washing machine, extremely handy for those walkers and beach goers. Heading back through the living area will eventually bring you to a truly fantastic feature room on the ground floor. The home cinema room contains a 65" Smart TV with Sonos surround sound system, LED lighting installation, U- shaped large sofa, and bean bags. Grab the popcorn because this is the perfect space for a family movie night. Completing this floor is the downstairs wet room with rainfall shower and WC. Heading up the stairs within the living area will bring you to the three well sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom provides a king-size bed, Smart TV, and en-suite shower room with rainfall shower and WC. The second bedroom provides another king-size bed again with a Smart TV, and finally the third contains twin 2'6" single beds and a Smart TV. Completing the interior of this property is the family bathroom on this floor, containing a shower over the bath, and WC.

You can make your way to the enclosed rear outdoor space through the gates beside the property or from both the dining and living areas via the double French doors. You will be able to make the most of the south facing garden with the outdoor patio area and seating, whilst tucking into what the designated chef has cooked up on the BBQ provided. Being an enclosed space invites your four-pawed friends to explore with the family whilst providing you peace of mind too. The fun has not stopped there though as there is a games room annexe just off the grassed space which includes a football table and plenty of space for guests to bring along their body boards and wet suit gear too. There is private parking to the front of the property for three cars.

Slow Tide is highly recommended having stayed in the heat of summer and in winter. On each occasion we have had a really enjoyable time.

Large spacious house close to all the amenaties Bude has to offer. Set In a quiet residential street you really do get the best of both worlds. Well equipped and comfortable all ages get a good stay. Plenty of bathrooms and separate seating areas make it easy for multiple families. Beds are really comfy. All slept like logs

A really lovely stay at a beautiful and spacious property. Fixtures and fittings were all very high quality and the beds were really comfy. The owner was responsive, polite, kind and courteous. It was expensive for a week's break but good value.

Slow Tide, is a modern spacious property well positioned for easy access to the local shops and beach by foot. You can hear the sea from the back garden! Absolutely beautiful property, it lacked nothing. So spacious yet cosy. Everything has been thought through right down to a bowl for the dog. This property exceeded our expectations and ticked every box, it made our holiday in Bude perfect. Would love to visit again as Bude a wonderful place, we didn't use the car at all we just walked everywhere. Slow Tide is a perfect holiday home - modern, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and the cinema room is a real bonus. The south facing patio with outdoor furniture is also an ideal location for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
