Contemporary cottage set within the grounds of St Mellion Estate, famous for its golf. Enjoy full use of the facilities during your stay as well as being a great base to explore the South Coast.

Enjoy the benefits of the on-site facilities which include golf, a spa and health centre, and a bar and restaurants. Just down the road in Callington (3.5 miles) and Saltash (6 miles), you’ll find all the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. The vibrant city of Plymouth is just 12 miles away, with its fantastic attractions such as the National Marine Aquarium, Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. Keen walkers are spoilt for choice with a wide variety of routes across the Tamar Valley, Bodmin Moor or along the south coast of Cornwall and Devon. The coastal towns and villages of Kingsand and Cawsand (18 miles), Looe (15.5 miles) and Polperro (20.5 miles) are within easy reach, and a little further afield, the Eden Project (30 miles), Dartmoor National Park (13 miles) and stunning coast of the South Hams offer yet more choice for days out.

Enter the cottage into a light hallway with plenty of natural light. Turn left and into a spacious lounge/kitchen/dining room. This fabulous family space is just perfect for congregating around the central dining table whilst cooking up a treat in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This relaxing space features comfy seating and a Smart TV so you can kick back after a day in the resort and watch all your favourite programmes. From the main hallway is a contemporary shower room with WC and there is also a bunk bedroom with storage space. The master bedroom features a gorgeous super-king-size-zip-and-link bed (can be made up as a twin on request), a dressing area, Smart TV and a seating area where you can sip a morning cuppa whilst enjoying the views through the patio doors. Off the master is an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside is a private patio area with garden furniture, accessed through the lounge and master bedroom. There are also 450 acres of natural grounds to roam, plus guests have use of the on-site Health Club. There is private off-road parking for two cars.

The property is large and well managed. The facilities in the property (beds, showers, TV, etc) were good, but we felt that there wasn't a luxury feel.
