With its own private entrance to the former manor house, this is a fantastic romantic bolthole for couples. Take time to relax on Long Rock Beach (2.5 miles) or visit the many cafes and bistros that enjoy the stunning views across to St Michael's Mount in Marazion (6 miles). To the north lies the resort of St Ives (6 miles), a favourite with generations of artists and a true surfing mecca. Head west to Land’s End and the beautiful beaches of Sennen Cove, both within 12 miles. Penzance is within 2 miles and is the largest town in the area with plenty of choices for those shopping days, with art galleries, restaurants and a cinema.

Step inside the private entrance hall to this grand yet welcoming manor house apartment with stunning period features and hang up your outerwear. Head through to the inner hallway with doors to all rooms. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a wonderfully cosy yet spacious room with exposed stonework and high ceilings - this has a wonderful blend of charm and modern comforts. Relax on the sofa and watch the Smart TV after a stroll along Penzance Promenade. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you'll need to create a romantic meal including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the dining table with plenty of space to plan your day ahead. The double bedroom has plenty of storage and beautiful large windows overlooking the well-kept shared gardens. Completing the inside, the heritage bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Heading outside, there are wonderful, shared gardens to explore. Staying in the resort, you will find access to the clubhouse that provides food and drink, an indoor swimming pool and an all-weather tennis court. During the high season, the clubhouse provides snacks, drinks, meals and takeaways. You will find a small shop on-site for those shopping essentials and there's also a laundrette. There is off-road parking available for one car, though further parking is available.

On arrival, found it spacious, clean, and well-located near beaches and grocery stores. Situated in the Old Manor House, with a reception and bar. Bedroom was light and comfortable.

The property has a homely atmosphere with a well equipped kitchen. It is ideally located for exploring the local area, St Ives, the beaches of Porthcurno, Lands End & Sennen Cove etc are all just a short drive away. The WI-FI gives a reliable connection. Bed and settee are very comfy. Bedside tables are too small. Kitchen is very well equipped. Plenty of TV channel choice.

We had a lovely stay in this tastefully furnished, well appointed apartment within a centuries-old Cornish Manor. Location-wise there is everything you might need within easy reach, yet it still manages to feel quite rural. The property is beautifully furnished, and has a real homely atmosphere. It is ideally located for exploring the local area, St Ives, the beaches of Hayle, Lands End & Sennen Cove are all short drives and were some of our highlights.
