Charming lodge set in a complex with a shared swimming pool and play facilities. This is the ideal property for a couple or family to relax and enjoy the Cornish countryside and coast.

This wonderful complex of lodges nestles on the banks of the River Lynher in a peaceful and secluded setting. On site are a variety of shared facilities such as an outdoor heated swimming pool and play facilities, plus fishing is available locally. With quick access to the A38, Notter Mill is a great base for you to explore the South West. With the local pub 500 metres from your door and supermarkets only 2.5 miles away, you will have everything you need for a great break away. Local attractions include Adrenaline Quarry (10 miles) and the Eden Project (30 miles), or you could venture out to the coast and enjoy the eateries, shops and boat trips in the fishing village of Looe (12 miles).

Enter the lodge and into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, and is the perfect place to pack up a good lunch for the day or cook up a delicious evening meal. Through to the lounge/dining area, you’ll find a great sociable place to spend time together, either around the dining table or relaxing on the comfy seating while watching the TV with Freeview in front of the open fire. Heading through to the two bedrooms, the first is a lovely double bedroom with plenty of storage space, and the second is a relaxing twin bedroom. Next door is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.

Outside is a patio area with garden furniture, and there is also a shared lawn to enjoy. The complex has fantastic shared facilities for all to enjoy - including a tennis court, an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from Spring Bank Holiday at end of May until early September), tennis court and play facilities. There is parking for one car on the private driveway outside the lodge and further parking in the shared private car park.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful stay in Redwood 12. Perfect location for ease of sightseeing and facilities on site were great for us and our 11-year old son. We used the heated outdoor pool almost every day and played tennis in the evenings. We enjoyed walking around the grounds/gardens and the lanes around the park to walk our dog eacRead moreh day. It was a perfect stay for our first visit to Cornwall and will certainly be back!! Hide

Lovely site, very friendly owners. The lodges are very spacious and clean. Our 2 golden retrievers loved the little beach by the river.
