This fantastic annexe/apartment is attached to the owner's property and offers comfortable contemporary interiors and is set in a fabulous countryside location not far from the coast and right on the public footpath, the perfect retreat for families and couples wanting a Cornish break with their pets. Just a short drive away from the nearest town of Looe (4 miles) with all the attractions expected from a small holiday resort with fishing and speed boat trips to ice cream parlours, shops, restaurants and traditional inns, not forgetting the long sandy beach. Less than 3 miles away is the famous Adrenalin Quarry for thrill seekers looking for a day out. Slightly further out (21 miles) but worth the trip is the Eden project offering a fabulous day out for all the family.

Enter the property from the rear garden into the modern kitchen, with everything needed to pack up a lunch for the day ahead or cook an evening meal - there is also a coffee machine for you to enjoy a morning treat. Next door is a beautiful lounge dining room complete with a dining table as well as comfy seating, the perfect spot to relax and kick back in front of the wood burner whilst enjoying all your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. Also on this floor are two bedrooms, the first a light and bright double with views out over the rolling countryside as well as a good size cosy twin room with a family shower room next door.  There is a securely locked door from the lounge to the owner's house.

Heading outside is a large, private enclosed lawn area with garden furniture so you are able to enjoy dining outdoors or sit back and relax with a drink after a day out exploring.  The owner runs their small crate storage business from the grounds of the property, this will not impact your holiday, but is visible from the lounge window.

Lovely place, really enjoyed our stay. Very thoughtful little touches and was well equipped for our family of 3 and our dog. Log fire was amazing and very comfortable throughout. We also left some things without realising and they were sent back to us which we really appreciate the owners taking the time to do this. Would highly recommend.

This area of Cornwall was new to us and the cottage provided us with all we needed, excellent for our dog with a large enclosed garden .the Copley arms and the beach house at Seaton both had great food. Well situated for lots of coastal places to visit .congratulations to the owners for making the cottage a lovely place to stay .

Excellent property, comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. Great location for us as peaceful and quiet with easy access to places we wanted to visit. Stayed here with my wife and 1 year old son for a week and couldn't recommend it more. Claire and Guy were very welcoming and everything is well thought out. The space was incredibly tidy and clean, with beautiful outside space and a well equipped kitchen.

Absolutely wonderful stay at The Loft! The accommodation is immaculate, the area is stunning, the owner was a great host and provided a lovely welcome basket with local produce. All round lovely - lovely property down a lane lined with bluebells on both sides, lovely location (apart from the road junction just up the hill!), lovely host and lovely labradoodle. Lovely big garden for my two pooches to have a run around, safely away from the lovely ducklings on the pond. We had a great time and even had lovely weather.

Such a great holiday let, clean and spacious. Wonderful hosts. So close to access all areas but removed from the busyness and so peaceful and relaxing. Great safe place for our 2 boys to be outside.

The property was fantastic really dog friendly and well thought out. It's in a great location with most places being within a half an hours drive. Owners were very welcoming but also respectful of your privacy. I highly recommend.

A lovely loft over one floor so no stairs which was perfect for our 2 year old. Cosy and clean and well equipped with all the little things that make life easier while away. A lovely hamper on arrival with some yummy local produce. Great location very close to Looe and some lovely little bays and coastal walks not much further on. We had a lovely autumn stay at The Loft! The owners were so welcoming and the apartment was all warm and cosy for our late arrival, along with a pack of yummy local goodies. The property is in a great setting with an enclosed area for your dog and sitting out in the summer, as well as a bit more land to explore.
