This is a wonderfully stylish bungalow set in a quiet residential location within walking distance to amenities and the beach – the perfect retreat for families and couples. It’s less than 1 mile from the beach where you can spend the day at Bude Sea Pool, a part-natural, part-manmade tidal swimming pool on the beach. The centre of Bude is also less than 1 mile, where you will find an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants. You will find lots of activities including the golf course, leisure centre and tennis courts. The South West Coast Path offers spectacular walking in both directions, and the nearby wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve has some lovely wildlife and scenery. Further afield, the Cornwall coast has much more to offer including historic fishing villages such as Boscastle (14 miles) and Port Isaac (25 miles).

 This large bungalow offers stylish interiors and plenty of space. Enter through the kitchen door and into a spacious kitchen/diner. Next is the large lounge which offers a Smart TV and comfy seating for you to relax on after a long day. There are two bedrooms: one king-size and one zip-link twin with a trundle bed below. Completing the property is a family bathroom.

Venturing outside, to the rear there is a large, enclosed garden, with a seating area with comfy seating, and a decked area where you can dine alfresco and have a BBQ. To the front, there is a lawn area.

This was our 3rd visit to this cottage. We have always found it to be spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. It's location is ideal for accessing the beach, the Downs and the town. Our previous dog loved staying here and our current dog settled in straight away. She loved her walks on the Downs and running around on the beach. The whole Read moretown is very dog friendly. Hide

A beautifully position house just ten minutes walk from Crooklets Beach and a large Sainsbury's. Great for dogs with an outside shower (warm) and very secure garden at the bottom.

We really enjoyed staying here and were very glad of this lovely property, as it rained most days we were there! Arrival was straightforward and we were able to settle in straight away. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with plenty of equipment. The location was ideal, with just a short walk to the nearest beach and also the town centre. the description of the bungalow needs clarification we have mobilty issues nowhere told us about the steps at the front and another flight of steps to the rear garden. the double bed in the main bedroom was extremely soft and too low for us to use. a grab rail is needed to access the bath/over bath shower safely.

We enjoyed our holiday in no 3 it was well equipped. Very clean and comfortable in a very good location it was our first time to Bude, which was lovely we would definitely go again and and stay at no 3 .

We stayed at No 3 in April/ May and had a absolutely great time! Everything was perfect , very clean, great amenities and in a ideal location. We will definitely return. Bude is a lovely town with lots of great beaches nearby and really dog friendly

We loved our stay at No.3! Bungalow warm and cosy with lots of soft furnishing and soft lighting to come back to after a windy walk on the beach! It was plenty big enough for 2 adults, 7yr old and Labrador. It was well equipped with everything you need. Lovely gardens and outside space too. Brilliant location - town and beaches all within walking dRead moreistance. Plenty of places to eat and drink and nice town. Beaches nearby were dog friendly too this time of year. We had a lovely stay at No. 3 over New Year. A well equipped place to stay with enough space for a family of 3 (plus dog). It was close to the beach and all local amenities. We had some great family dog walks along the coast and would definitely like to return again. Thank you.

Very well furnished house in very good condition. Outside shower was fantastic for the dogs and there are a couple of great sun traps to read a book. Owners are lovely and very communicative. Broadband is incredibly slow but I think thats Bude rather than the house! Location is superb, we parked up the van and just spent our days walking along the Read morebeach and into town. The property was very comfortable, in excellent condition and was spotlessly clean. We found it to be well equipped with everthing that we needed. The gardens are spacious and dog proof; even our 'Houdini Hound', despite her best efforts, didn't find a way out. The property is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the town and the nRead moreearest supermarket, which was ideal for us. The owner, Laura, was very helpful. We had a super time because we were extremely lucky with the weather. The garden is lovely, so we spent a lot of time sitting out after doing some good walks. Location is excellent. Really love Bude.

This property is in the perfect location for easy access to walk to the beach & to the town. The property is set in a very quiet road, we didnt hear any neighbours at all.
