Take your pick of beaches from Hayle with its 3 miles of golden sand; Godrevy with its rock pools, lighthouse and well-known seal cove, and Praa Sands for surf hire or a stroll on the South West Coast Path - all within 15 miles. Spend time within 12 miles of the property exploring Portreath, St Michael's Mount at Marazion and the fishing village of Porthleven, with a plethora of galleries and eateries to enjoy. Enjoy a family day out at Paradise Park or travel to Flambards Theme Park near Helston, both within 10 miles. The atmospheric St Ives is less than 14 miles away and is a guaranteed great day out.

On arrival, enter into the porch and take a small step down into the hallway, from here you'll find a blend of modern comforts and original features with two steps down into the original part of the cottage and on into the cosy games room with comfortable seating, a wood burner, a foldable games table, board games and plenty of books to read. You then step into the lounge, which is spacious and comfortable with an exposed stone fireplace housing a large wood burner and a Smart TV. The dining room/ garden room has sliding doors that bring in lots of light and open out onto the patio area in the garden. Take two steps up into the stunning kitchen with a beamed ceiling and a feature wooden wall. This is a fabulous social space to catch up with family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your holiday and even has a breakfast bar and sofa. Heading back into the hallway there is a downstairs shower room and WC. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, a king and a twin, both with vaulted ceilings and original wooden flooring and sharing a Jack and Jill style bathroom. This whole cottage is filled with stylish and unique touches showing the owner has a real eye for interior design and comfort.

From the dining area, patio doors open up onto the enclosed private garden with mature shrubs and plants, outdoor seating, and a BBQ to dine alfresco. There's also an additional meadow-style garden that guests are welcome to use.
