This fabulous annexe is perfectly positioned just 1.5 miles from the centre of Newquay, allowing guests to escape the hustle and bustle at the end of the day and truly relax. Newquay itself provides an array of fun activities to get stuck into including Newquay Zoo, Pirates Quest crazy golf and who can forget the glorious golden sandy beaches with turquoise waters beyond, famous for providing some of the best surf in the UK. Travelling slightly further afield will bring you to some top Cornish hotspots including The Eden Project (18 miles) and historic fishing villages such as the quaint Padstow (15 miles), famed for incredible seafood eateries and independent boutiques.

Step inside this cosy annexe to find a light and contemporary interior throughout. From the hallway you can enter straight into the lounge/diner which provides a comfortable sofa and electric fire, an ideal combination to sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite programmes on the TV. Further on will bring you to the well-designed kitchen which is equipped with everything you could need. Completing the kitchen is a breakfast bar, providing the perfect spot to sit with a morning cuppa and plan the day’s adventures ahead. This home has two well styled bedrooms, the master bedroom provides a Super King bed with ample clothing space whilst the second bedroom handily provides a twin and has a Smart TV. Completing this interior is the family bathroom.

Stepping outside from the rear side of the home will bring you straight out onto the fabulous outdoor decking space. Perfect location, private and lovely views. So quiet and a very comfortable place. Everything you could possibly need is there. Owners on hand if you need anything. We had a lovely time!

Steve and Carol where very welcoming, and where always on hand if we needed anything. It was a very quiet and relaxing place to stay with a wonderful large garden. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Took my family ( 3 adults x 1 child - one adult in their 80's ) for Whitsun holidays - lovely place clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful when we had queries about the TV . Everything you needed though I would advise that you take a bath mat for the shower if you have any one less able with you. Other wise lovely time .
