This remarkably spacious bungalow is set in a quiet residential location within 1 mile of the sandy beach of Crinnis, and Carlyon Bay Golf Club. The perfect coastal retreat for families and couples. Head to Charlestown Harbour (1 mile), a pristine working port that has gained fame as a filming location for TV and films including Poldark and Alice in Wonderland. Once there, why not visit The Shipwreck Treasure Museum for a day out? Enjoy the local produce in the bars and restaurants whilst being perfectly placed to explore some of Cornwall’s best towns and attractions, including Newquay and the North Coast (20 miles). Within a short drive, you will find wonderful attractions including the Eden Project (4 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (7.5 miles) to name but two. ]

Enter this fabulous bungalow into a good-size hallway. Through the glass doors is the heart of the home, the kitchen. Fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and large American-style fridge/freezer. It's centre island with built-in charging ports bar stools, is the perfect place to cook up an evening meal or prepare a lunch for the day ahead. The handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer can be accessed off this room. Moving through the property you will find the large lounge/diner with plenty of comfortable seating, an electric feature fireplace, a Smart TV and a fabulous roof lantern bringing in plenty of light. The dining area looks out over the garden and is the best place to sit and eat of an evening or enjoy a hearty meal together. As you walk back through to the hallway, you will find a handy WC off this space, as well as a separate wing with three beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom is a good size with twin beds (can be made up as a super-king zip-and-link bed on request) and TV. The second is a cosy double, and finally a master bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV, en-suite shower room with rainfall shower, and large patio doors offering plenty of natural light and opening out onto the beautiful gardens. Completing this wing is the family bathroom.

Outside is an enclosed private garden with a hot tub, a patio area with a fire pit and seating, and a lawn area. The perfect sunny spot to dine alfresco or simply relax in the sunshine after a long day.

A lovely, spacious and extremely peaceful property in a fantastic location. Perfect for Charlestown and easy access to beaches and coast path. Local coffee shop and restaurant no more than a 5 min walk away. House was very clean and well furnished with plenty of parking - often a bonus in Cornwall. All the mod-cons. Stayed in March but can imagine Read morehow lovely would be to sit in garden in the summer and use the hot tub! Recommended and will look to stay again Hide

It is a great property with all the mod cons. Tucked away in a nice cul-de-sac. Well kept and maintained and at an affordable price. Only negative was the arrival of the jacuzzi and garden maintenance person during our stay.
