This beautiful coastal home is nestled in the heart of Newquay where you will find some of the country's finest beaches, which are world-renowned for the incredible surf on offer. The town centre is also close by (0.25 miles) and offers a vast selection of shops, local attractions, dog-friendly beaches and fine eateries to suit all tastes. Visit some of the town’s all-year-round attractions including Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, the Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairyland. Alternatively, head out on the Atlantic Highway and a 3.5-mile drive will take you to Watergate Bay, again popular with surfers and kite surfers. Slightly further afield you will find a fantastic array of historic fishing villages to explore such as Padstow (16 miles) and Perranporth (9 miles).
Stepping into this detached retreat you will soon notice the light and stylish interior it has on offer. Making your way through the initial hallway entrance brings you to the semi-open-plan design, the lounge provides a comfortable corner sofa and an additional sofa from which to enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. You can pass on through into the kitchen/dining space which combined with the joined utility, will provide everything you need for a stress-free, convenient stay. The lovely dining table sits all guests comfortably. The ground floor handily holds the first of the property’s bedrooms with a king-size bed, whilst there is also an accompanying family bathroom close by along the hallway. Making your way upstairs brings you to the final three bedrooms and shower room. The master bedroom provides a super-king-size zip-and-link bed with an accompanying balcony overlooking the rear garden, whereas as the final two bedrooms act as twin rooms, one providing two twin single beds, and the other a bunk bed. All bedrooms provide ample storage space.
You can make your way to the south-facing rear enclosed patio via the French doors in the living space, or side gates of the home. The outdoor space is split between a lower patio and raised decked terrace. Both spaces provide comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for al fresco dining or to enjoy your favourite tipple after a day of adventures along the North Cornwall coastline. There is also a BBQ for guests to use at their convenience.
