Nestled in an idyllic setting on the grounds of the owners' family farm, this pretty shepherd’s hut provides the perfect spot from which to take in the best that the North Cornwall coastline has to offer. The hut is situated on the edge of an AONB with superb views of rugged moorland, whilst also perching you just 3 miles from the pet-friendly Trebarwith Strand Beach, creating the perfect mix of countryside and coastline. Within 3 miles you can visit picture-postcard hot spots including the historic fishing villages of Boscastle, and of course Tintagel, famous for the legends of King Arthur and His Knights of the Round Table. Slightly further afield are the coastal villages of Port Isaac, where TV’s Doc Martin is filmed, along with Padstow and Rock – all within 20 miles and well worth a visit.
As you enter the hut, you are welcomed into an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There's a sumptuous two-seater sofa and a Smart TV directly opposite, perfect for those romantic evenings watching your favourite flicks. The whole hut was lovingly built and decorated by the hosts in a romantic, shabby chic style and the attention to detail really shows. The kitchen has been well equipped and there is also plenty of cookware and utensils to rustle up a hearty breakfast to start your day off right. There is a dining table for two to enjoy your meals from and plan out your next day's activities. The cosy bedroom has a king-size bed and Smart TV for those lazy morning lie-ins, along with an en-suite shower room. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep amid tranquil surroundings and awaken refreshed.
Stepping outside onto the secluded patio area, guests are treated to their very own bubbling hot tub as well as a fire pit, a BBQ and a comfortable outdoor seating area, providing a truly perfect spot to take in those rolling countryside views. There is also a field beside the hut, perfect for dog walking.
