This 1850's barn has been lovingly converted into a fantastic cosy Cornish cottage, with exposed stone, old wooden beams and quirky interiors. The lounge/dining room is a great space with comfy seating, cosy electric fire and a Smart TV, the perfect spot to snuggle in and stream your favourite films and programmes. The dining table with bench seating offers a lovely place to play a board game or enjoy a Cornish breakfast. Moving down a couple of steps leads you to the brand new country style, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Across from the kitchen is the bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Accessed off of the lounge are the two bedrooms, both good sizes, one double and the other a twin.
Outside is a beautiful, fully enclosed garden with large, south facing lawn as well as a patio area with table and chairs. The summer house has wonderful soft furnishings and is a lovely spot to read a book or enjoy an evening drink while watching the stunning Cornish sunset.
