Many of the waters along this stretch are turquoise blue and offer a great opportunity for a wild sea swim. Alternatively, Bude (12 miles) has a charming sea pool which is a great option for families. For a day out in the countryside, visit Sourton (24 miles) and pick up one of the many walking trails on Dartmoor National Park, keeping your eyes peeled for Dartmoor ponies and other wildlife inhabiting the area.
