Nestled within Marhamchurch, a charming village located just 1.5 miles to the Southeast of Bude and 2.5 miles from the stunning Widemouth Bay, ensures that visitors are always within easy reach of the enchanting North Cornwall coastline, with its captivating golden sands and fresh turquoise waters. Families with children will find abundant entertainment options, as the low tide uncovers numerous rock pools waiting to be explored, while expansive stretches of sand beckon the construction of sand castles. The adventurers amongst you can also embark on the rugged South West Coast Path, tracing the picturesque route all the way into Bude (2 miles), renowned for its paradise-like setting for surfers, boasting three magnificent sandy beaches, a splendid selection of local shops, and delightful dining options. Stepping into this beautifully renovated coastal home you will soon notice the emphasis on stylish features adjoined with original exposed beams and brickwork. Underfloor heating runs through the lower floor where you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, along with an additional snug, utility, downstairs bedroom and downstairs shower room. Both living areas provide two plush sofas and Smart TV’s, whilst the snug room has the added luxury of a warming wood burner, perfect to relax with the sound of crackling wood after a day of adventures across Cornwall and Devon. The kitchen space is incredibly well equipped alongside the downstairs utility, providing everything you need for a stress-free stay, whilst there is plenty of dining space for all on both the main dining table and additional breakfast table. Completing the lower floor is the downstairs bedroom, fitted with a super-king zip-and-link bed, which can be split into two singles upon request, along with a Smart TV and plenty of clothing space. Making your way up the stairway under the glistening chandelier will bring you to the three remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, Smart TV and accompanying en-suite shower room, the second with a double bed and Smart TV whilst the final bedroom acts well as a children’s room, with a king-size bed which can be split into two children sized single beds upon request. Completing the home is the light family bathroom, with a bath, separate waterfall shower and WC.

You can make your way to the rear enclosed garden via the private driveway, the sliding doors from the living space or the utility area. The dual-level space consists of a patio, outdoor seating and a gas BBQ, alongside the incredibly spacious lawn, perfect for children’s games and peace of mind with four-pawed friends.

This is a stunning 4 bedrooms cottage, we stayed over Christmas. We absolutely loved the house with its cosy fireplace room aswell as very spacious modern kitchen/dinning/living rooms. Owners were very generous providing all the necessary equipments for every needs. Our four legged one loved running around the large garden. We had a perfect stay here, a wonderful location and beautiful home. Our four legged friend loved being able to walk to the beach and run around the garden. The house is perfect with everything we could have imagined being avaliable to us. We couldn't have rated our time more highly! We hope to be back one day, thank you for being fantastic hosts.

Lovely house, everything we needed to cater for 6 people. Lots of room inside, beautiful outdoor space to enjoy. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a big family. Village is so quiet, truly tranquil.

This house is amazing, it's been completed to such a high standard and truly has everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Bude. It felt like home. Our four legged friend also loved the house!
