Ideally located for exploring South Cornwall, the cottage resides in the heart of Polperro where you are spoilt for choice with all it has to offer including cafes, restaurants, traditional pubs and quirky shops right on your doorstep. The coastal path is within easy reach and links to some fabulous villages and wonderful stretches of coastline. Just 2 miles from the seaside resort of Looe where you can enjoy a boat trip or pick up some fish and chips for lunch. The Eden Project (20 miles) makes for a fantastic day trip or take a ferry over to Fowey for a great day out exploring the beaches, independent shops, eateries and galleries (7 miles).

Enter this cosy cottage and into a spacious kitchen / dining room complete with a large dining table and well-equipped kitchen with all you need to rustle up a hearty breakfast or tasty evening meal. Off this room, you will find the family shower room and WC, with heated towel rail and shower cubicle. To the other side of the entrance hall is the very comfortable lounge with feature fireplace making this a great place for the family to relax and watch a film on the Smart TV, or simply snuggle up after a long day exploring this part of South Cornwall. Moving up the traditional cottage staircase are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a trundle bed below which can accommodate alternative sleeping arrangement or an additional guest. All are lovely and light with views out over the town and garden.

Outside is a lovely garden laid to gravel with dining furniture, the perfect spot to dine alfresco and recharge after a long day.  There is also a handy storage shed, which contains washing machine, dryer and freezer.  Parking is in the town's main car park.

The cottage is very well located in the village, near the center and the paths. It is comfortable, well equipped and nice. We appreciate the little courtyard, very practical when you have a dog, she could stay outside as she wants. We'll come back in this cottage when we' return to Polperro next year. Bedrooms are very comfortable and nice.

Hillcrest was a lovely cottage - great location, facilities and really cosy on a stormy day. Had a fab stay and will definitely be back!

Fabulous little cottage great location. Super comfortable bed and sofa. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean didn't smell doggie. We had a wonderful time thank you.
