This characterful property is located in the heart of Polperro, a captivating fishing village on the Cornish coast; visitors can immerse themselves in its scenic beauty and rich heritage. Steeped in history, the cottage is a mid-terrace property built circa 1844 to 1878. This picture perfect dog friendly cottage benefits from a layout suited to all guests, including those with limited mobility as one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the ground floor. Enter off the streets of Polperro and into a hallway with a lounge leading off. This room offers a cosy space with Smart TV and views out over the village. Next off the hallway is a galley-style kitchen which is fully equipped for packing up a good lunch or cooking an evening meal. The first of two bedrooms is next door offering a comfy super-king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite shower room which can be locked off and used as a downstairs WC. Upstairs is another fabulous bedroom stylishly designed with a super-king-size zip-n-link bed (can be made into a twin on request) bed, Smart TV and views out over the village. Next door is a very handy office space, come games room with work station and arm chair.

Heading outside there is a wonderful rooftop terrace overlooking the Pol River with garden furniture, offering outdoor dining facilities. There is off-road parking for one car in a private garage within five minutes' walk.

Harbours Call Polperro is a lovely cottage in a good location.The cottage is furnished to a high standard with very comfy beds.The owners have thought of everything including items for the dog.The garage parking and trolley to transport your luggage is a big bonus.

situated close to the harbour the cottage is ideal for the restaurants and pubs in the village.

Great location and very useful addition of parking space within the village. Even better it's within a short walking distance of all village eatery's (fab pasty shop just opposite cottage) and other amenities. The cottage has been comfortably arranged and fairly recently refurbished. Essentially the beds are comfy and there is plenty of hot water aRead morend a good set up for dog owners. Having some outside space is useful although visiting in October we didn't use it). We recommend the cottage . Hide
