Centrally positioned to visit all parts of the county including the Land’s End peninsula of Penwith, with its ancient stone circles and Newquay with its excellent surfing, St Austell which is a short drive, offers access to sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and the Eden Project. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the cathedral city of Truro, Dodman Point, Gorran Haven and Mevagissey are also easily reached. Also, take time to explore the beguiling Roseland and Lizard peninsulas. Various entertainments such as the zoo, fun pool, crazy golf and a wide variety of water sports can also be found in the area.
Step into the property and you will find the very tastefully furnished and designed lounge/kitchen/diner. The area has a number of large windows making the space airy and light, this is enhanced by the French doors that lead out into the garden. Central to the lounge area is a wood burner that comes with a free bag of coal and wood fuel. With comfortable seating, a TV/DVD and children's games, the lounge area is an inviting place to unwind after a long day’s exploration and touring. The kitchen area comes with electric oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, small freezer (located near entrance) and washing machine. Upstairs are the bedrooms; one double and one twin. There is also a shower room with heated towel rail and WC.
Outside is a lovely enclosed lawn garden with ample outdoor furniture and a BBQ for cooking up a storm.
