Stepping into the bungalow you will find room to store your coats and shoes. From the hallway on your right, you enter the stylish, light and airy lounge area which has a TV and DVD where you can relax in whilst enjoying a movie or two. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a well-equipped kitchen/dining area with an electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and TV. You don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you. There is also a wood burner at the property perfect for those cold winter nights. From the hallway there are three bedrooms which all have a TV, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with its very own en-suite shower and WC, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size on request). You will also find the main bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
Venture outside and you will find a decked area to the rear of the property with garden furniture and a BBQ. Following on around the property you will find a lockable shed, which you are more than welcome to store your bikes and beach equipment in. There is an additional fridge/freezer locate in outdoor storage shed. Following on from here you will find the front enclosed grassed part of the garden which can be accessed via a few steps.
