Nestling next to a beautiful stream this attractive property forms part of an exclusive complex packed full of facilities for all the family.

Falmouth is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday. Whether you love exploring miles of coastal path, sitting harbourside watching colourful boats gliding by, or simply relaxing on a sandy beach, you will be sure to find it with a stay at By the Brook. Pack your racquet for a game of tennis in the all-weather courts and your swimwear for a dip in the shared pool or hot tub, both the perfect way to end a day spent exploring the local area. The sandy beaches of Maenporth and Swanpool are just 1 mile away for great days out at the beach.

In an idyllic spot by a running stream, this cottage forms part of an exclusive village resort. The bright and airy open-plan interior offers a welcoming ambience, with warm tones in the living space and nautical touches dotted throughout. Relax in your own private garden with a BBQ or take little ones down to the wooden play areas, pool, and gardens shared with the other cottages, then have a bite to eat in the welcoming clubhouse.

With an interesting calendar of events, including the annual Oyster Festival, Falmouth offers lots of reasons to stay in the town. Surf shops vie for space with potteries and galleries, and the area has a fascinating maritime heritage. Take a boat trip running from the pier and quay to see the town from a different vantage point, or explore further out with trips to the National Trust's Lizard Point, 24 miles away, and the cathedral city of Truro, 11 miles away.

The swimming pool and gym will be temporarily out of action and other leisure and play facilities will be subject to restrictions as per Government guidance and in the interest of  everyone's safety

An amazing cottage, 100% recommend staying here for everyone. The house was spacious and clean, and had everything you need especially the kitchen and the parking space is 10 steps from the front door which is ideal. The surrounding gardens were well looked after and outside the back doors there was a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ if the weRead moreather was nice. Also with 3 good beaches located within a 10 minute drive it was a perfect getaway with the children. Hopefully be back soon. Hide

End terrace property on a holiday park, the bar is great to have on site and we made good use of it. The park is dog friendly, but garden is not secure and dogs must be kept on lead at all times. We found a path to Maenporth beach but its a fair walk - 5 miles round trip over styles. Local roads down to the beach are not suitable for walking on. ThRead moree cottage was well stocked. Hide

The property had everything for a comfortable stay. Great location, close to the beach and Falmouth centre was only a 8 minute drive away. The food available on site was delicious. We would recommend staying here.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Not all facilities were open but made no difference to our holiday. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Nicely located in a large group of modern properties, adequate parking and the soothing sound of a nearby babbling brook. No pool, plunge or gym due to COVID. On site bar ok, tennis courts adequate but weather dependent! The cottage was kept tidy, plenty of hot running water and a suitable kitchen to cook fully if not eating out. Enough space for dRead moreining and a pleasant sitting room. Bathroom was adequate (just watch out for fiercely hot water) and the bedrooms were comfortable. Had a nice stay Hide

Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
