A beautifully presented house with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of supermarket choice nearby. A bar and pub close by, and more in Charlestown a short distance away. Beach is within walking distance (but not if carrying chairs etc) and dog friendly - a bonus!

Overall we loved the property and I'm very grateful the owner agreed to let me take my cat for the week, it worked out even better than I had hoped. The facilities were everything you would expect and it's in one of my favourite areas with lovely walks right on the doorstep.

The house is clean, spacious and bright. It has everything you need in a holiday home. Garden is great and secure (we have 2 little dogs). The location is brilliant with a beach, with a place to eat and have a drink, 15-20 minutes walk in one direction and pubs/restaurants 20 minutes walk in the other direction. A great week. The house is clean and well-equipped, very pleasant. Local to lots of beaches/walks if you enjoy exploring. Visiting the Eden project at this off-peak time was fantastic and it's so close. Would recommend and stay again. (Note an earlier comment about parking - we parked our 5m length campervan alongside using the gravel area).

Nice clean house, with everything you could need. Fantastic location, as you can walk to beach and Charlestown. Big supermarket close buy for all your shopping needs and a fantastic restaurant just 125 steps away. Great place for us and our 2 little dogs. I hope we can return soon.

Great property for exploring the St Austell area/ Eden Project. A reasonable walk to the beach, but possible. Everything was good quality and newish and clean (which certainly isn't the norm in my experience). Child safe with baby-gates on the bottom and top of the stairs which was important due to a 1 and 5 year old (the only worry for us being thRead moree TV at a low height on a unit). The parking space is quite small though - our estate car only just fitted. Hide

We enjoyed a very comfortable week's stay here, in a quiet area. We both slept very well in the super king bed! We did a pleasant walk to the beach, then along the SW coastal path and into Charlestown for a meal, then back up along the roads.
