This is a lovely property, with a stunning outlook over Whitsand Bay and easy access to nearby towns and villages. High standard of fixtures, fittings and outdoor seating. Access is via a steep path over a few hundred yards so will not be suitable for all.

Wonderful week in a beautiful location! The property is well equipped and very comfortable. The view is to die for! The walk down the steep steps onto the beach that was mostly our own at 8.30am on an April morning was well worth it and the walk back up means you feel you deserve your naughty glass of wine later in the day!

Top notch little accommodation! The owner was very helpful, and the chalet was very well equipped. We stopped in the first half of Nov, and the stove came in very handy, but the chalet seemed to stay warm all by itself, too. We had a lovely welcome with bread cheese wine/champagne. We really enjoyed the magic of Laburnham, enjoying falling asleep listening to the sea below, and waking up each day to a changing view. Dexter (our dog) settled in straight away and made good use of the dog bed in the bedroom!

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
