A small comfortable house within easy reach of walks and beaches. The house is on a small estate which isn't fully explained in the details so if you want privacy this might not suit. Although dogs are welcome perhaps not ideal, one dog rather than two I would say.

Cottage had a great view over Porth beach and not too far to walk there. House fairly well equipped and greatful for welcome milk, tea coffee etc. House was spacious with a comfortable lounge area. Parking area very small. Only a 10-15min walk into Newquay.

The property was part of an estate, so not really a cottage. We had to walk past all the other houses in the close and past the car park to go anywhere. The views were beautiful, but frustrating that there was no direct access to the beach. The image advertising the property showed the next door garden which was not made clear. The actual garden waRead mores tiny and lost the sun by 3pm so was not ideal for sitting in when we returned from a day out. Hide

Beautiful location with views of the beach from the lounge and dining room. Very well equipped house with lovely decor that matched the beach theme. We struggled a little with where to lock the dogs at night as there are no doors to shut them behind. They got used to it after a few nights and slept outside our door. Map
Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
