There are plentiful coastal walks from your doorstep, which both human and canine friends will enjoy or perhaps launch a kayak or paddle board and tour the stunning coastline by water. The nearby village of St Mawes offers a lovely selection of independent boutique shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries; alongside a pretty harbour and historic castle - with the Lamorran House Garden well worth a visit. From here you can jump on the pedestrian ferry and enjoy a day in Falmouth or take a cruise on Carrick Roads. In the summertime, you can enjoy a boat trip to the beautiful St Anthony Head. Other attractions easily accessible from here include the cathedral city of Truro, boasting an array of shops and eateries and the ever-popular Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Head through the lounge into the light and airy dining area with ever-changing nautical views and the far-reaching countryside beyond - perfect for catching up with all the family or friends over a meal at the dining table. From here there is a door which leads out onto the raised terrace, perfect to enjoy some al fresco dining. The kitchen has everything you need with an electric Rangemaster oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine; the perfect space for creating a family meal whilst listening to the Bose sound system playing your favourite songs. There’s also a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC with a door which leads out to the rear, enclosed courtyard, the perfect suntrap to enjoy your morning coffee.
