Absolutely beautiful property, had everything you would need and more. Everything was way above anything we thought it would be. Would be back in a heart beat if we could. very clean & modern house, all mod cons included. we actually felt so spoilt at Samphire House. The only issues we had was the distance from everywhere, we had to get the car outRead more every time we left the property, but on a positive we loved the privacy and views were out of this world. Samphire House is simply beautiful. So much space and light. Even with 10 of us we never felt cramped or under each others feet. The kitchen is amazing, so well stocked in terms of pans/pots/utensils. The pool was a lovely addition too. It is very remote, and certainly ideal for more active walkers to get to those fabulous views.

The website showed the property very accurately, but could not prepare for the wow factor when opening the front door! It was just superb. Equipped to a very high standard, with no expense spared, but still a lovely homely holiday house feeling. Without doubt the nicest property I have ever rented.

Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
