Nestling next to a pretty stream on a friendly complex boasting 16 acres of gardens designed by David Bellamy and with a decked patio to relax on, this delightful cottage provides a great taste of laid back Cornish life.
As you enter through the stable door, the living space is open-plan. The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area has comfortable sofas and includes a Smart TV and DVD player. The dining area has a modern table and chairs, also a radio with iPod dock and patio doors leading to the outside. There is a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are three stylish bedrooms; two modern double bedrooms and a spacious single bedroom which includes a desk and chair. The shower room is on this floor and has a walk in shower and WC.
Outside, accessed from the dining area, is a private, decked terrace complete with garden furniture. A gentle stream runs alongside the terrace. On site facilities include all weather tennis courts, children's adventure playground and soft play, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and plunge pool. There is also a family friendly clubhouse with bar and food facilities in addition to a small shop. Please note that some of the amenities are only open from Easter to October.
